You have storage options!
- Countertop: Dragon Fruit arrives to you ripe and ready to eat. Please do not leave on the counter. It is best to put any fruit you’re not ready to eat, directly in the fridge.
- Refrigerated: Refrigerating your Dragon Fruit will slow down the ripening process. You can wrap and store your ripe Dragon Fruit in the fridge for about 2-3 days, although we recommend eating as close to arrival as possible. The flesh may start to become translucent as the fruit ages but it is still good to eat. Leftovers can be placed in a sealed container and refrigerated for up to two days.
- Frozen: Freezing Dragon Fruit is a great option if you want to keep these delicious fruits longer. Remove the Dragon Fruit from its peel and cut into cubes. For easier use later, freeze Dragon Fruit cubes on a tray so that they don’t clump together. Smoothie fans, rejoice!
