If you suspect the produce has gone bad, **please take a picture of how it was received** then throw it in the trash immediately. Do not consume rotten produce.

To request a refund:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with information about what went wrong with your harvest box
- Please include photos of your rotten produce for a refund. **Photos must be included for consideration**.
