Order stuck in transit

We're noticing that FedEx is not scanning boxes as frequently as they normally do. Some boxes will appear to be stuck in a single location for multiple days and then suddenly deliver to you on time and others may not show any movement in-transit until the order is delivered. This is confusing and frustrating, to put it lightly!

During COVID-19 we're seeing more shipping delays than usual as companies work to ensure the safety of their employees.

Please give FedEx until 8 pm local time on your expected delivery date for them to deliver your order. If you find it is not delivered by that time and date, contact us.
