When should I receive my order?

The harvest window for different fruits can shift at a moment’s notice for any number of reasons: unpredictable weather, changes in atmospheric patterns, availability of farm staff members and more.

Once the produce is ready to be harvested by the grower, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

FruitStand Promise: Every experience box on Fruitstand.com ships directly from the farm. Prior to shipment, the farms we work with assess the fruit for ripeness, flavor, color and optimal plant health, harvest the fruit (often by hand), and pack up every single experience box on-site, at the farm. Every piece of fruit is carefully selected by our farm partners. While nature can be unpredictable, our farm partners plan for everything they possibly can.

Your FruitStand order confirmation will contain specific details about the time frame for which your order will ship. Please refer to your order confirmation to understand the shipping time frames as each order ships in a queue manner based on the time your order was received. Click here to learn more.

After you place your order on FruitStand, you'll receive an email order confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.

The order confirmation will contain:

  • Product you ordered
  • Your order number
  • Harvesting/shipping dates
  • How much you paid
  • Shipping address
  • Billing information

If you do not receive your order confirmation, it might be due to one of the following:

  • Typo in your email address
  • Spam filters
